Problem with omporting a Exchange user into Unity?
I'm having problem giving one particular person in my organization a Unity account. I see that person's Exchange account, but when I go to import them into Unity I do not see them. I have gone as far as to blow their Exchange account away and re-create it and then try to bring them into Unity, but with no avail.

If not, try importing them in the GSM itself and see if that works.
