probleme install 7960 with 7914

Hi;

i install a Cisco 7960 phone for the Operator and i add 2 Cisco 7914; i add same id to the line off the 7914.

the probleme is the LED off the 7914 don t show the status off ID phones.

how can i resolved this probleme?

Are you adding just SD's to the 7914's?  You need to add BLF SD's to see the status of the line.  You should also assign a SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space to each phone,  I have seen adding this fix the problem.  You definitly need them to be BLF SD's.
