I have a NME-CUE, English language is include, I need mexican spanish language.
I tried to install cue-vm-langpack.nme.3.0.4.pkg in NME-CUE the following message is display.

I don't understand why this error is displayed, what is payload??
In addition to the cue-vm-langpack.nme.3.0.4.pkg I tried to installed cue-vm-es_MX-langpack.nme.3.0.4.prt1
But I received an error also
