Please could anyone shed some light on this issue.
When I run any system overview report on ART it is only displaying information up to a few weeks ago. However if I run a CDR report on any extension it is showing up-to-date information. Is there anyway I could identify what is causing this fault and a resolve before I carry out a reboot of the servers.
