Where I can find the prompt of the Cisco Unity 5, that is played, when I configure the voice mail for first time ?

Under commserver there should be a prompts folder that contains them by language, ENU, etc

I don't know the exact filename, but each folder has a file with the description and what each file says.

Be aware that we do not support modifying the prompts and any upgrade will restore them.

We do not support modifying the prompts or trying to modify the scripts for the routing, so obviously there won't be any documentation on how to do that.

Thanks for your time Javalenc, but I'm wrong expressing,I need to know which is the exact text that is heard in the audio options from the phone, when you personalize for first time the voice mail, so I can create a manual user.
