I just want to clarify a couple things:
You don't really "push" the Distribution List or the Message you recorded for the DL object to users. If you recorded a greeting on the DL object itself, that's not a message callers hears when you send a message to the DL members.
I assume that what you want to do is have a DL that you can use to send a voicemail to all those users at once. In this case, all you really need to do is:
1) Create the DL
2) Assign an extension to the DL within Unity
3) Add members
4) From the TUI (telephone interface) of Unity, you can send a message to the DL by using the extension you assigned to it. From your mailbox options, you have the option to send a message - you enter the extension of the DL and record a voicemail. That message then goes to the members of the DL.
