Dear all,
Which kind of ISR router supports E1 , CME , and sip protocol?

Zeinab,
Almost all ISRs will support E1 interfaces & SIP Protocol. Now, ISR G1 are end of sale, so ISR G2 ( 29xx & 39xx series) needs to be selected. Refer CME comp matrix for supported ISR G2 routers & you are all set.

my another question is
these ISR routers have embedded modules or we must buy these modules (PRI) or E1 separately?

Zeinab,
Please read through the documentation available on CCO to know more about router architecture. Everything is well documented.
