question cuom 2.0.3

I have a cuom 2.0.3, also a CCM cluster (1Publisher and 2 Subscribers (4.2(1 all of them)and about 2000 ip phones registered on the subscribers. Yesterday about 50 of the phones have gotten unregistered and i would like to know how to activate an alarm on the cuom so when a % of the phones get unregistered get that alarm.

Is that possible?, i supposed yes.
