Unified Massage account, you send a e-mail, when the recipient of that e-mail reads you receive a notification that it has been read in your inbox, you also get a voice message that the message has been read....Is there a way to turn this off? ...just the voice message, we still wants the e-mail notification...Your thoughts?

You don't get two seperate messages - Unity is presenting the read receipt in the voice mail box for you. Yes, you can turn off read and delivery receipts using the Advanced Settings Tool - there are covnersation setting for turning this off if you're at a reasonably recent version of Unity 4.x and working with Exchange (you didn't mention your configuration - but I'm assuming this applies to you). This turns read/delivery receipts off in the conversation for all subscribers.

This does not turn off NDRs - which we believe should be left on - for Exchange you can even turn these off in AST with recent versions but we don't think that's a good idea in general since if message you send over the phone "bounces" you wont know about it unless you are checking your desktop mailbox interface - if you're on the road, for instance, you would be unaware a message did not go through.
