RCC issue : number expansion on it failed

Hi Friend

I'm facing a problem with RCC :

User sign in OCS and no message error in OCS taskbar, but when use RCC to dial someone OCS message error appear on conversation window [cannot locate]. user have no option to use phone, only communicator appear, when dial others using IP Phone presence is not updated.

In CUPS > Deskphone Control Troubleshooter = show all test passed.

When tracing with RTMT :

My client.com environment are using :

- Microsoft OCS 2007 version 2.0.6362.64

- CUPS  system Version: 8.5.4.10000-16

- CUCM system version: 8.5.1.10000-26 with Extension Mobility

So far, this case only happen in 2 users among 70 pilot users.

Has anyone experience with this problem ?

RCC issue : number expansion on it failed

Hi All,

My problem was solved after resetting 2 services in Presence Server :

- Cisco UP SIP Proxy

- Cisco UP Presence Engine

but i don't know, is this normal behavior of Presence Server or no.
