Re: Unity 5.0.1 AA problem

Hi I have setup Unity 5.01 for Unified Messaging integrated with Lotus notes 7.0. Unity AA has been setup, when users get into the AA and enter the subscribers DN, the calls are forwarded automatically to their VM, the call does not ring on the subscribers phone. what could be the problem? Please advise how to correct this problem?

You need to ensure subscribers are configured to transfer calls to their phone. I am assuming they are currently set up to send calls directly to their greeting. You can check this for a given subscriber from the Call Transfer settings page. You can use Bulk Edit to modify a bunch of subscribers at once.
