Reason codes in ipcce 7.5

Hi,

We are using ipcce 7.5 with cisco IP/IVR 7.5 and customized cti desktop for agents. We are facing problem regarding the reason code configured in our cti application. Calls are getting landed on cti when the agents are on break with the reason code like Tea and Coffee.
