No, there's no recall function in Unity. This has to do mostly with the fact that there's no workable recall option in Exchange - if you've ever tried to recall a message in Exchange you know it offers you the option but then merely sends out a note with the "user would like to recall message xxx" that then encourages everyone to go right to the message you "recalled" and see what you sent out.
In Connection (where we have control of the message store entirely) such an option is on the radar but not in the current 1.2 version.
