Could you please let me know the difference between IPCC and Unified contact Centre Solution.
The Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) is a Call Center solution which come in many Flavours (Express, Enterprise...etc).
Also if I want to have ACD in our Call Manager System, which software can provide this function
It depends on many things, number of agents?
number of Calls (inbound/outbound)? Which type of reporting? ...etc
If it s a small business an IPCC Express can give you what yu want, if it s a large Call Center then IPCC Enterprise can be the one you are looking for, but again it all depends on many criteria which you need to define before choosing which product from cisco fit the most of what you want.
