Callmanager 4.1(3)sr5b cluster.
We will need remove some CDR/CMR log file to free the drive space, the CDR and CMR log folders could not be able to access, looked like they were crashed or too big to be opened, any idea how to fix this?
BARS log:
[02:10:30 AM] Truncating transaction logs for CDR database on SERVERNAME.
[02:38:40 AM] Number of files in CDR folder = 567335
[03:10:46 AM] Staging files from C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\CDR.

Hi Richard,
Maybe this good Tech Note may help;
Shrink the CDR/CAR Database Size

Hope this helps!
