We recently upgraded client from 188.8.131.52 to 4.0.2 and will go to 4.0.3 shortly. We have a subscriber that's hosed. DBWalker reported ch_%name% handler as bad. We had DBWalker remove the subscriber. Unfortunaltey, it didn't. Anytime we accessed in SA we got errors. TAC instructed to remove user from SQL and remove properties from AD. Unfortunately, we launch RemoveSubscriberProperties and it shows noone as subscribers. None. SA lists them fine and VM works. Downloaded latest version of tool but it does same thing. Can I use ADSIEDIT or another tool to do what RemoveSubscriberProperties does? How can I clear the attributes manually? Have you ever seen the tool do that?
