If you have a message and want to forward to another user, you usually record an introduction before you send it. Then if that user wants to forward the call he or she can record another introduction and forward it along. Is there no option to remove the previous introduction(s) before forwarding again?
Thanks,
Chris

There is currently no way to remove the forward message introduction via the Telephone User Interface (TUI). However in a Unified Messaging enviroment, you could view the message via your email client and save the message .wav file, address a new message to the intended recipient attaching only the message with out the introduction.
