Reply from Connection to Unity VPIM Issue

We are migrating from Unity to Connection 7 and using VPIM during the process. Everything works from UNITY to UCXN (AA, leaving and replying to messages, etc). However, when we call a UCXN user directly and leave a message, we cannot REPLY to the UNITY user. When we use UNITY AA to reach the user, we cannot REPLY to the UNITY user either. "4" is not listed as an available option. When we use UNITY to compose a message to the UCXN user, we can REPLY to this message. I have not been able to find a configuration parameter that will change this behaviour. We have UNITY integrated with a CM3 environment and UCXN integrated with a CUCM7 environment, and they are connected over an ICT.
