Is it posible to view details on incoming call volume on an extension ? I am running CUCM 6.1.3

You can view the call detail through the CDR reports.Pls refer the below link for the same.

OK, thanks that points me in the right direction. But what if i want a years worth of info. I am trying to find out how busy the front desk extension is with only INCOMING CALL volume. I just did a CDR search by user extension and the results were truncated and i tried to send report and got error code 10011.

Thank for pointing me in correct direction. Now that i am in the CDR analysis and reporting. I need to pull report for single extension for the previous month. And how do i export that report?
