Report on zero out in Unity 4.0(4)

How can I generate a report on the zero out (caller input)?

Subscriber Information Dump has an option that will get you this. The "Caller Input Key Actions" option will kick out each of the keys (0-9, * and #) into their own columns with a text description of what the key is set to do (i.e. "ring phone for call handler 'operator'").
