Reports

Hi all!

Is there a way to get some reports per extension on Unity 4.0(3). the info needed would be total number of inbound calls per day for a specified extension, same for outbound calls, and let's say the average lenght of time for the calls....

Well, there's the transfer and outdial billing reports in the SA - these will give you information about notification dialouts (outbound calls) and calls transfered through the subscriber's account.

There isn't any existing report that does inbound call traffic breakdowns like that on a per subscriber basis - the port usage anaylzer does that type of thing for the server as a whole but it doesn't filter only calls to a specific subscriber.

Hi -

If you have call detail reporting records being cut on your PBX or CallManager, you should be able to get the same information from those, i.e. inbound/outbound calls by extension and call duration. We are currently using an Avotus application to process the CDR records daily into reports visible from a nice GUI interface. Adhoc SQL queries can also be run for more specific information.
