Restrict User options

Is there anyway we can restrict an user not giving any setup options when they are on TUI.

There is one mailbox customer want to block that access but they allow user to check only messages.

I couldn't find any in COS.

Any ideas...

Unity is 4.0.5 VM only Exchg 2000.

Unity 5.0 (in EFT now) offers the options to restrict some or all setup options using the custom key map utility - in other words you can choose one of the 3 custom conversation maps and restrict all setup options for it and assign subscribers to that conversation as necessary.

Current versions of Unity does not allow you to remove all setup options.

Like I say it's in EFT now - the last date I saw for FCS was first quarter 2007.
