You could do a translation pattern. Create a partition and place that partition in the CSS for the CTI port. Put it at the top of the CSS so it is hit first.
Then create a translation pattern matching the numbers internally that might be called by the CTI port, such as [1-8]XXX for 4 digits. Make sure the CSS of the translation pattern can reach everything internally.
Then in the calling party transformation section set calling line id presentation to "restricted" and also calling name presentation to "restricted" Place the translation pattern in that new partition you made. This should make the call from the CTI port show up as "Private" on the phone.
I have used this method to hide a executives number when calling internally.
