I've encountered a problem with a client unable to fax more than 30 pages with a single transmission. I'm unable to determine if there is limits set.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Garry

Hi,
I have found you this info in the rightfax admin guide
Max Pages this Channel may Send Ã
This sets the maximum number of pages per fax that can be sent by this channel,
from 0 to 999
You will find it in the following link:

I believe it's a registry change that you need to make. I found the same problem. The Answer ID on Captaris's Knowledge base for this issue was 1603541. For some reason it cannot be pulled up anymore. I would give Captaris a call and reference that answer id. They should be able help.

Actually I found it. The answer id is 5221.
There is a file "BTCall.cfg" which is located in the RightFax\DocTransport\Brooktrout directory when using a Brooktrout TR1034 file which can be edited with notepad and contains a line titled "max_pagelist". The "max_pagelist" specifies the maximum number of pages allowed for storing results during a call, "30" as the default. This limits faxes to 30 pages. You will want to change the value of this line to "1024" and will allow you to receive faxes over 30 pages.
