Ringback Feature (CM 3.3 (2) ) With Unity Voice Mail

Hi Guys,

Can anybody answer me this quick question?

How do you get the ringback feature to work with Unity? When I call a user and they are engaged my call is forwarded to Unity. I get the option to use Ring Back but it disappears within a millisecond.

Any Ideas?

Can you put a delay on Voice Mail when a line is busy so it doesn't kick in straight away?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. It is being considered as an enhancement though, see CSCea32524. A PERS through you account team may help push it along.
