Hi experts,

we've been receiving alot of these high cpu usage. The issue is why are these changing randomly? So we cannot focus on which to attend to! we already restarted the server, but still the same.and the server is not yet crushing which we don't want of course!

Any suggestion?

Restart DBL Layer Monitor service on the publisher.This should take care of the problem . also check the details of this bug :CSCse47327

follow up, is only the CDR affected when we restart this service or anything else is affected?

when i restart the DBL Layer Monitor service, will the Ip Phones be affected? i.e. reboot

sorry, the issue was not fixed when the Cisco Database Layer Monitor service was restarted. Any other idea?
