Hello all!
Suddenly stopped working Session trace log view -> Real Time Data in RTMT software.
I tried to restart AMC Service, RIS and Tomcat - no effect. Tried to change time range in Real time data - no effect too, its no calls to show.
Collecting session information from node cucm.xxx.xxx.local
Collecting session information from node cucm-slave.xxx.xxx.local
Collecting session information from node cucm-imp.xxx.xxx.local
cucm-imp.xxx.xxx.local: no files match query criteria.
But, if I download log files directly to my PC with Trace&log central -> called party tracing and transfer it to RTMT with "open from local disk" - its OK and works fine, all calls shown correctly.
I also tried to reinstall RTMT to any directories and give all permissions to it.
