RTP is not established and caller still hears phone ringing - UCCE

Dear All,

We have the following CVP comprehensive set up in our lab.

CUCM --> CTI RP --> ICM --> CUCM --> CVP --> ICM --> CVP --> Gateway --> CUCM

We are making CUCM originated calls that gets routed to ICM via a CTI Route Point. After getting a label, it routes the call to CVP then it becomes a CVP routed call.

Call Scenario:

1) We make a call from extn 1000 to DN (0800 123 1234).

2) Caller gets IVR treatment

3) ICM finds an available agent (extn 2000)

4) CUCM dials out extn 2000 and the phone rings

5) Caller hears phone ringing

6) Agent answers the call (call is blank and disconnects after few seconds)

7) Caller still gets ringing tone and disconnects after 10 seconds

Kindly help us what could be the issue as the call is not getting established.
