Scheduled Unity Restart Tool - CSA Agent?

Does the CSA agent interfere with a reboot scheduled using the Scheduled Unity Restart Tool?

I just did a one now on a Unity 4.0(5) system with the latest CSA installed and CSA did not interfere. You should test yours before deploying it to make sure you have the same result.
