One of my customer has One Unity server and one offbox mailstore exchange server. the system has been running for years. recently they want to add a second Unity server in to run as the failover server. my questions are:
can I JUST install the second server with the same version and run the failover config wizward or there is some specail procedure I need to follow since two servers are not installed at the same time, if so, does cisco have any formal document regarding this scenerio upgrade. thanks
