Unity Connection 7.0.2. I recently added 6,000 users to my Unity Connection server for deployment in 3 weeks. I would like to be able to check the self-enrollment progress. I could not find any report, is there somewhere I can check for all users? thanks
Wow, that's a fair chunk of users! There is a perfect tool for this type of report. We have used this during our rollout to search for the same info and give our users a gentle reminder to go through the Self-Enrollmet process;
Connection User Data Dump (CUDD) Tool
The Connection User Data Dump (CUDD) is a Windows-based remote database administration tool available on the Cisco Unity Tools website. CUDD allows you to export specific information about users to a file that can be viewed or imported into another application, such as a database utility or Microsoft Excel. When the data is exported, the tool automatically creates a header row that lists the data type found in each column of the output, for ease of import into other programs.
The tool is available from the "Superb" Unity Tools site;
You are most welcome my friend! This suite of tools is certainly the Best that Cisco offers ...for sure. We usually just leave the Db Proxy Service up for the time required (usually 1 or 2 days). The longest I left it up was for 3 days when we were playing with the Wallet Card Wizard (another excellent offering :)
It's probably not something that you want to leave nailed up permanently.
When you do this for the first time, make sure to take a peek at Connection Database Proxy Service via Unity Connection Serviceability to make sure it de-activates properly. It did throws some errors in RTMT one time for us, but was strictly a cosmetic problem :)
