Separate Unity Clusters w/ Same AD

I have two Unity clusters; one serving one user group, 1 serving another group. The databases are separate, however all servers use the same Active Directory. My question is how can I address messages to individual subscribers across clusters? In a previous thread I learned that the Distribution Lists are accessible across clusters, but what about individual subscribers?

Re: Separate Unity Clusters w/ Same AD

You just need to activate digital networking in Unity. I assume you want to be able to forward a voicemail to from one cluster to another. Example:

John Doe is on Cluster 1, he wants to forward to Jane on cluster 2. John hits the TUI interface, forwards and spells out Janes Name in the TUI, unity finds her and is able to foward the message.

Basically, if your clusters share the same Domain, Exchange Org, you are set. Just set up Digital Networking in Unity and it should be good to go.

hope this helps
