Setting a single .wav file as greeting for multiple call handlers
I have recorded a wav file that I need to copy to literally 100s of call handlers as a corporate standard greeting. Instead of going through the stream file directory and renaming all the existing wav files is it safe to edit the unitydb callhandler table to have all the appropriate rows changed to point to a single wav file? I am also in a failover scenario...do I need to manually copy the file over to the failover box and do the same thing there?

BulkEdit can do this for you - you didn't indicate your Unity version but assuming it's fairly recent, pull up BulkEdit from the Tools Depot on your desktop - on the greetings tab for call handler or subscriber changes you can select a source WAV file to use for any greeting you want. THis should do the trick for you...
