Setting up additional languages in Unity or Connection

I have a requirement to setup TTY for external Hearing Impaired clients. I read the languages section in Unity and to setup TTY it said to install ENX language pack. How do I do that? I have 3 supported languages, do I have to get the CD's again and load the language pack? The documentation is not very clear on how to do this.

Re: Setting up additional languages in Unity or Connection

Hi -

You can refer to the reconfiguration guide for adding languages to Unity, which requires a rerun of the Unity install - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/5x/upgrade/guide/ex/5xcuruge030.html#wp1105247

You don't need to worry about licensing because there is no additional cost for TTY support. In case you haven't seen this document, it's another good resource for adding TTY support - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/405/administration/guide/ex/sag_0090.html#wp1026392

Regards, Ginger
