Setting up admin accounts for Unity

I wanted to know if Unity can be set up like CallManager, where there are accounts that have certain levels of functionality and more permissions than others; specifically, is there a way for some users just to be admins on the web page, and not have any access to the Tools Depot?

Re: Setting up admin accounts for Unity

couple things here.

Yes, you can adjust how much access a user has in in the admin pages on the Class of Service object the user is associated with - you can restrict admins from access to call handlers or set them up to only be able to unlock voice mail account and such.

Access to the Tools Depot on the desktop of the server has nothing to do with this - the easiest way to restrict access to the tools depot is to not give that user local login rights on the Unity server - all tools in the depot have to be run on the local box so an admin would have to gain access to the local box to run them.
