Setting Up IVR

I have unity server 4.x and CCM 4.x . I need to set up an IVR. Everything is working except in the caller input section of the call handler. I want to be able to transfer to a hunt pilot number. I only get the option to transfer to individual phones when i choose subscriber.

Kevin,

Create a Call Handler A which is configured to simply send the call to Call Handler B. Call Handler B can have its Call Transfer settings set to dial the Hunt Pilot extension.

I was trying to test this but i encounted another problem. Under the profile of the call handler I input and extension number but get your call cannot be completed as dialed. I am making changes on the primary server.
