Setting up new Unity system admin permissions

When our Unity system was set up Cisco AS set up our access, but now I need to do that for some of my admins.

I am stumped on how to add new users in Unity, especially for one of our systems.  We have two Unity systems, some of my users have access to one but not the other.  

I can view who has access via the Roles/Sys Admin/Role Assignments, but absolutely stumped on how to add them to this one cluster.

Please advise.

If they are networked together I believe you can only add the one account via ldap to the one unity connection server per user. You could create a new user without a mailbox then assign them roles accordingly but it would not be ldap authenticated. 


But we can break it down real simply,

if you have a single site either a single voice mail or admin user/ non voicemail account  you just assign roles and that is it but that user first has to exist. So options are local user account or ldap sync last imported user.
