Shared Line error while logging into CAD desktop

Getting below error message while logging into CAD desktop

Can some please help me for resolution.

Steps encountered to resolve:

1) recreated EMDP profile for the user by deleting the old one

2) Deassociated User emdp profile from APP User and then associated

3) Checked in for route plan report to ensure same extension configured in differenet phone.

But no luck to get  resolution after trying above 3 steps.

Phone used for EMDP Login- cisco 7942

Ucce version- 8.5

"THIS ERROR IS HAPPENING PARTICULARLY FOR SINGLE USER"

 un-associated this phone(Mac address)  first from JTAPI all PGs then associated it back to all those PGs.

 

did you tried that ?

Check the route plan report

Check the route plan report for the extension in question, perhaps something else is hogging it.

 

also, spin up RTMT and do a CTI search: Call Manager>CTI> CTI search>CTI lines and punch in your extension, this should tell you what devices have the extension open/closed
