Sharing personal directories between attendants with attendant console 8.6

We have a customer using attendant console 8.x.  They have several attendants with a need to have about 4 seperate searchable directories on their attendant console tabs.  We can create the directories using personal directory and dragging/dropping from the main directory onto the personal directories, but we'd like to avoid having to recreate this for each and every attendant, plus the ongoing maintenance of making changes to those personal directories every time an entry changes.

Is it possible to create the personal directories on one console, then take those settings and share them with the other attendants?  I tried looking for an xml file or something like that that might show where that information is stored, but wasn't able to find anything under the attendant console data path.  The old ac used to have an xml file for settings that you could copy, but the new one doesn't appear to have that, or it isn't obvious.

Michael,

This is not currently possible with the software as it stands.  If you want this to be a feature you need to work with your account team to start an enhancement request.

The new version of attendant console is not like the old one, there is no xml downloaded for the customer directories.  Instead the directories are formed on the server's SQL database where they are retrieved at each login.

Jason

Hi

If it's in the DB, then it would be fairly easy to put in a bit of middleware to sync it between the users.

You'd have to retrieve/insert the records using the AXL API.
