silnce when press *

We have unity 5.x networked and using cross server login. Generally all works fine but just now and then when users dial in via pstn and press * key they get silence - they generally disconnect and try again and it works fine.Anyone seen this?...cheers, Jaginder

Have you checked the voice gateways to ensure that they are properly configured for DTMF relay? I'm not an expert in IOS config, but I have seen DTMF digits go "unheard" or "misinterpereted" if the gateway is not properly configured.

its a single gateway and the issue is intermittent - so I think if the gateway config was wrong then it would never work. Thanks for your reply,Best wishes...J

What protocol from the gateway to the CCM?

QSIG E1 from Realitis to IOS gateway then H323 to CUCM
