single user getting "Message Server Offline" after failover

We have a user getting "Message Server Offline" when trying to retreive her voicemail after a failover of Primary to Secondary Unity..

She was working fine prior to the failover.

I see some services on the Primary are down, but other users are working fine.

I am new to Unity, but would like to learn, anyone have any pointers?
