We got a CUCM ver 10.0.1.10000-24.

Our client has about 170 Ip Phones user on one remote site.

We have configured SRST ont that site, here you have router's configuration ( related to SRST):

During tests about 60 Ip Iphones got registration with proper Directory Numbers. But when we try to with internals call from any DN, we got:

a) Calling Ip Phone: rings ONE time and call falls on reorder tone.

b) Called Ip Phone: keeps ringing..

And when we call from PSTN to internal pilot, the calls fall too and internal Ip Phone keeps ringing.

IMPORTANT tip: Ip phone's network 10.16.5.0/24 is not directly connected to our SRST voice gateway, but we have full access between this network and the voice gateway..

  • Do you know what is missing on our voice gateway configuration?
  • Do you know how I can set up a specific group of Ip Phones to get this registration 50 over 170?

Best regards
