Hi all,
I'm trying to get a SIP Trunk trace from the connection between a CM4.2 and a MS Exchange server. Does anyone know how can I get this trace?
Thanks in advance.

You can enable a 'detailed' trace level on the CCM server (primary server). Go to CCM and then Cisco CallManager Serviceability and then trace and configuration. Select the primary CCM and then the CallManager service. Change the debug trace level to Detailed and un-tick everything except 'Cisco CCM Trace Fields' and 'SIP Call Processing Trace'.
Trace files will be in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\CCM
Personally I would just use Wireshark as it will decode the SIP packets and its much easier to read www.wireshark.org/download.html
You will need to port mirror or span the vlan/port connecting to CCM and/or the Exchange Server.
Hope that helps,
Chris
