Some supervisor statistics not populating for PG1 users only.

Need assiatnce to troubleshoot/ resolve this:

We are seeing that some statistics are not populating for PG1 users only.

They are the calls waiting, ASA time, Talk average.

First Occurence Friday 10, 2012
