Speechview Transcriptions not being sent to user's inbox

I'm using Speechview with Exchange 2010 and Unity Connection 8.5.1. The SMTP test worked fine as well as the registration. I ran the transcription test and it passed.

I have access to the Speechview mailbox and have the connector sending a copy to that inbox. The "Status of Last Transcription Operation" is showing "success" for the messages and I see them coming into the server, but they're not being forwarded to the user's end box. Any ideas?
