Stop beep beep sound on running Unity Call handler attempt transfer

Hi

I run caller input in subscriber for caller to press a key (for activate a call handler/attempt transfer to an agent. The process work well. However, caller hears prompt (wait for transfer) and few beep beep tone prior he reaches/connects to an agent. It is confusing/misleading to the caller that the transfered call is dropped. Is there a parameter to stop this beep beep tone?

PS: You could also change the Transfer method to "release to switch" :)

Rob, I reviewed your attached link. I also verified my configuration. I should have all the definitions such as network MOH and MRL at the voice mail ports. I do not see anything went wrong. My installation is a regional cluster. I run voice mail ports and this group of phones (one location)from/on different device pool. I may have some disconnection between the phones and MRL. I have little knowledge to trace them. Will do more investigation after the Chinese new year holiday. In the meantime, can you help me to find more tips to find the root cause.
