Subscriber template not working

I am trying to create a subscriber template to modify the caller input setting, however it will not work. It will only work if I do it at each individual subscriber. I put the subscriber template into a Class of service and assign the Class of Service to the subscriber. Is this right? Have I done something wrong. How do I make it so the template take precedent over the subscriber level?

Once the subscriber is created, the subscriber template won't invoke the changes.

What you want is the Bulk Edit tool. Open Cisco Unity Tools Depot. Open Administration

Tools, select Bulk Edit.

Select your subscribers, then on the Select Subscriber Change page, click on Caller Input.

Before you make changes to 1000 subscriber, try with one test subscriber.
