Suggested settings for "Call Progress Analysis Parameters"? (Outbound dialer)

Hello,

I've recently implemented new outbound campaigns which utilize call progress analysis. We are having an issue with too many abandons.

Current CPA settings:

Min silence period = 750 ms

Analysis period = 5000 ms

Min valid speech 112 ms

Max analysis time = 7000

Max termination tone analysis = 12000 ms

Also, the abandon limit is set to 2.5%

Any advice out there on best practice for the CPA settings?
