Support for Phone Functionality on Server 2008 R2 Terminal Server?

Hello,

We have recently invested a significant amount of money into a new Cisco phone system. It works great on local desktops with Personal Communicator and Outlook Integration.

What is disappointing is I don't know how to leverage that technology to our terminal server users. Our old phone system had a tapi dialer we could configure to allow for Outlook integration so they could call from Outlook. I cannot find anything stating that we can leverage our new phone system in any way on our terminal servers.

I looked at TSP software but it wants credentials on the install level, not the profile level. Installing Personal Communicator does NOT work.

Do I really have to go to management and inform them that the majority of our staff are no longer able to handle any call functionality with our new phone system?

I am brand new to Cisco IP telehony and am hoping that I am missing something obvious. Please help.

Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 8.5.1.10000-26

Personal Communicator 8.5.3
