System transfer with multiple languages

Hello guys,

I have a cisco unity 5.01 with remote sites in Rome and Madrid (I dont have italian language uploaded on unity)

I create an AA on Rome with the option " if you know the extension please dial "(in italian of course) when the user dial the extension listening the spanish locution " please wait while transfer " , also i create an input with system transfer and i have the same issue.

So my question if i upload the italian language can i have multiple locutions on my unity ? e.g in my spanish AA can i listening only spanish locution and in Rome italian locution?

Yes, you would need to define the language you want to hear
